Navigating the 2025 Unified 5k Lancaster
Schedule of Events
8:30am – Bib Pick-up and day-of registration opens
8:30am – Expo begins
9:30am – Early Start begins
10:00am – Traditional 5k start for open and adaptive divisions
11:00am – Award ceremony

5k Route


Course Description
Start at RFK Community Alliance and take a right turn to exit out the back of the parking lot.
Turn right onto Harvard Road.
At the intersection of Harvard Road and Packard Street, turn right onto Packard Street.
Turn right onto Main Street and continue 0.67 miles.
Turn left onto Brazao Lane.
Run or roll to the end of Brazao Lane, circle around the cul-de-sac, and head back.
Turn right onto Main Street and run 0.67 miles.
Turn left onto Packard Street, then left onto Harvard Road.
Turn left into the RFK parking lot and head to the finish line!
1 Mile Route


Course Description
Start at RFK Community Alliance and take a right turn to exit out the back of the parking lot.
Turn right onto Harvard Road.
At the intersection of Harvard Road and Packard Street, continue straight on Harvard Road.
Turn right onto Main Street and continue 0.25 miles.
Turn right onto Perkins Drive and head to the finish line!
Community Impact

Blade Donation
Thanks to our partnership with Less Leg More Heart, we will be donating a running blade to an amputee at every race. Click the button below if you are interested in applying to be the recipient.
